practical considerations involved in these models are daunting. Will all
citizens be mandated to participate in conflict resolution programs, for
example? Are criminal justice agencies the right organizations to address
the issue? In any case, if resolving social problems were a straightforward
matter, we would surely have done it already. So, it's unlikely these changes
will happen overnight. What do we do in the meantime? |
